FINDING HOME ESSENTIALS FROM YOUR PHONE
At the beginning of summer, I moved into my empty studio. Making a home personal definitely takes time, and I recently found some cool pieces to add to my place thanks to the app Lux. Lux is a destination full of modern, minimal, and "I didn't know I needed that until now" pieces. All items are hand selected and one-of-a-kind.
With organized app sections and easy shop buttons, you can find key pieces for your kitchen, plus art and decor for your living space. They currently work with 200 brands throughout 30 cities and every time I shop with them I find something new that I haven't seen before. Not to mention, there are a ton of tech-savvy gadgets on there that make great gifts. I was on the hunt for a new watering can and I found this beauty, which is aging to perfection (!!!) with the occasional polish.
Another piece I found to add to my studio was this minimal copper wall hanging, with six magnetic dots to display whatever I want (polaroids, notes, art..). I love rotating polaroids and adding new things to look at to keep it refreshing. It also comes with a copper nail to add to its aesthetically pleasing look.
I am really starting to take pleasure into decorating my studio. I love hosting and having people over, and having a home that reflects my taste is inviting. Every piece I bring into my place is carefully thought out and for those who have a busy schedule, this app made it easy to find pieces I will have forever.
