Red Slides With A Casual Look

Summer is coming which means slides are back and we can embrace open-toe footwear. Who am I kidding? I live in California and we wear sandals all year long, but now it's officially appropriate. I love a good slide and these Korkease Tutsi Red Sandals are the perfect shade of cherry red. My favorite part about them is not only their flattering shape and color, but they are one of the most comfortable things I have put on my feet in a while. Looking at the history of the company, Kork-Ease was born in Brooklyn in 1953 creating the first cork wedge sandal that was a popular footwear choice at the iconic disco spot, Studio 54. Throughout the years, Kork-Ease has walked through runway shows at New York Fashion Week, collaborated with Free People and has remained an iconic footwear choice for the free-spirited woman.  I partnered with Kork-Ease to share my favorite shoes from their latest collection and these slides were my first choice. I can't wait to see where they take me this summer.
